Hi there! I’ve just purchased this Project but I have a lot of problems with it. It’s not possible to replace the placeholders. Can you please help me with this? Every time I try to replace your placeholder with my foto, it just pops up above or under your placeholder line in the project. It never replaces your placeholder… What can I do?

By this way you can change total duration and if necessary I can help you with it. Details you can always find out before purchasing. So I see no reason to satisfy your request for a refund.

Hello! Unfortunately for extend duration of part necessary much time to do this. You can extend duration of project through duplicate “PARTs”
Can I simply change the speed also? I’d like to make an commercial that has a slower music as you used in your preview.
Hello! You can use holders by rhythm like at 0:10 – 0:27 in video preview.
