Hi, I really like the video but I am running into a bit of trouble. I purchased this clip because I saw that it was transparent, but when I downloaded it and attempted to add it to a clip the background was black. Is there something I am missing?
Hi. Thanks for buying my item! I’ve just downloaded the file explosion file there’s definitely transparency in there. I am using After Effects though, so it might be slightly different if you’re using something else. If you’re using FCP then this might help…

It should be set to ‘straight’ or ‘premultiplied’... not ‘ignore’.
