please, the project opens with expression-error-message, something with “checkbox” and method of “class” and “effects” are missing, cant help myself… my version of ae is german, so maybe i need a version with universal expressions?

I just bought this and tried it in my After effects cs&. I (also) get the error “Unable to allocate 0,002 MB of memory. Either decrease the memory requirements for the rendering of this frame or install more RAM. (12803 / Extendscript Object)” I have 4 gb of RAM. This error occurs (at least) when changing the tie or shoe layer. Any fixes for this?

Hi, in the kit you have the posssibilité to indicate with left arm: top, midle and bottom. How can I add with right arm left top/midle/bottom without flipping my character (because it isn’t symetric) Thank you.

Hello, I have a pre sale question. How does the lip sync work? is this automated with the voice artist audio file? Thanks Philip
Lips is separate layer or independent, which means that you can make shape of the lips independent of the face expression or you can add command ‘talk’ but talk simulation is only 2-3sec long. If you ask, you’ll have to manually sync with the voice over, that’s why ‘talk’ command is 2-3 sec long, after that you can add another command (to continue or choose another shape)

Hi, I must say I just love your project, however, like many before my AE also keeps crashing (“Unable to allocate 0.000 MB of memory.”). This always happens when I click on the MOUTH layer (the same problem as matimpc & LauriAa77). I also have a mac and have tried with latest AE CC 13 and also AE CC 12.2 (can’t have lower versions because of Yosemite)

Hey there, I have the same problem that LauriAa77 has. It crashes and it says there is something wrong rendering layers !!! I have the latest version of AE CC 13 and AE 6 with most recent update. also I have a Mac with 12GB ram!!!! help me how to solve my problem.

Im sure there is something wrong with the MOUTH layer. this is the only layer what causes crash. I think me and LauriAa77 have the same problem. we both have MAC and the latest AE. check this layer out and try to figure out the problem. thanks
hello matinmpc, contact me on email and I’ll send you version that may solve your problem but I am sure that is ae problem and there is a lot of bug, specially on the latest version… if you use cs6, I am sure that you’ll not have any of that kind problems…
Hi Nikcina. The project is great, no doubt about that. However it looks that it’s leaking memory somehow. No matter how much ram you have installed, it will keep filling it until it crashes the AE or start showing up some errors. So if I want to work on a project, I need to restart AE every 10-15 minutes. It was also helpful to disable multiprocessing, but didn’t solve the issue. Do you have any idea how to fix this problem?

Hello, sorry for late replay since I wasn’t able to contact you earlier. I am very sorry to hear that you cannot fix issue with your AE. I agree with you about refunding money but I cannot do that. You need to contact videhive staff about that, and if they will agree, I’m ok with that too.
It is not fair to say that this template doesn’t work. IT DOESN’T WORK ON YOUR SYSTEM, THAT IS THE FACT. I am very proud about this template. This is very unique and easy to work template, and I put a lot of effort to make it simple to use. You probably know that each template on videohive 100% tested from videohive experts, and no one didn’t complain about issue that you have. So you are the only one that have issue with this and all other people are very happy with this template!

Hi! I have 13.1. I tried to open a completely new project in AE, it doesnt crahs. So the problem is in the template I bought? Maybe I can try to copy paste ewerything in to a new project in AE? is it possible? L
hello, my project works perfect under cs6… there is a lot of bugs in newest AE…you can just make separate project with presenter than that project import into other project and merge, and than use ‘character’ composition
send me message on email and I’ll send you project AE12…just to try maybe AE12 will works better with AE13, once again I am 100% sure that problem is in AE

immediately when i import the character to my project, it starts to crash.

hello, I tried project with CC and works perfect…projects are only 12mb, 14mb, and 41mb and you should not have any memory problem. I think this problem is in connection with your comp or your settings in AE, which I think is less possible…
hello, I think it’s my fault, sorry. I have merged 2 projects and somehow they don’t work together. After I tried it on standalone, it works without problem.

hello ramel, first part of preview video isn’t included in the project since any presentation (like I showed in first part of preview video) should be unique and I thought no one will not use the same movements and timing…when character showing left, right or when opening mouth as voice over artist speak in preview video. so, please watch tutorial video (25-30 min) and you’ll find out how it’s simple and easy to animate character and I can guarantee that you’ll spend less time to make unique movement/animation of your character (even if you’ll follow voice over) than adjusting any… I’ll be here if you need any help…
