Hi there! Invoices are found in the Statement Tab. You can go there by hovering over your name in the top right corner and select “Statement” in the dropdown menu.

Hi, please excuse the late reply I’ve been on holiday. The project needs a powerful computer to render, if you are using a macbook then rendertimes will be very long (up to the point you think it doesn’t even start).

To decrease rendertimes, try these tips:

1. Render to an image sequence like jpeg. (After the render is done you can import the sequence in After Effects again, add the audio and render to your desired Output Format.) 2. If you are using CC2015, try CC2014 instead. CC2015 works a lot slower in my experience. 3. Shut off Multi-Processing. 4. To decrease rendertimes, add the 4K Output to the RenderQueue and then set the Resolution to “Half” in the Render Settings. This gives you a 1080p Video.

My 3 years old Computer renders the 4K Output in 1 Hour, Specs: i7 3820, 32GB Ram, GTX 660ti

Hi, my machine (i7 8threads, 32GB Ram, GTX660) takes 1 hour to render it in 4K and 15 minutes to render it in 1080p. Motion Graphics like this are heavy to render and should be done with a modern computer equipped for doing video editing. I’m sorry you experience long rendertimes on your machine, but I already did all optimization possible while providing the best look I could. 4K resolution does require a lot of computing. I’d advice you to add the 4K output to the render queue and set the resolution to half, this will give you shorter rendertime and result in a 1080p video.

I’d also recommend to render to an image sequence like jpeg, this can then be reimported into after effects to create the final video. It has the advantage of saving every frame as single image and you can stop and resume the render, as well as not lose already processed frames in case your computer crashes.
