Hello, first of all thank you for your video composition, it’s great!
However, I am having a problem that’s a bit unusual. I have made other video composition before using templates and such. But this time, everytime I upload my final composition to youtube, the first 2-3 second of it during playback gets stuck at a frame around 2-3 sec from the beginning.
In other words, the music starts normally when pressing play using an embeded youtube frame on a website (and sometimes directly on youtube but less frequent), but the video doesn’t start from the beginning at the same time, but only a couple second later it matches up the music.
I am using a 1080p mp4, h.264 8 Mb/s with 48 000 hz stereo audio. All my rendering options are quite standard. Any clues? I tried changing the frame rate to 30fps and boosting up the bit rate but it’s still the same result.
Youtube keep mentionning “quicktime format” on it’s upload page. Would I be better off using a .mov for upload?

I place the pictures in the placeholders but they are stable – not moving at all. I rendered it many times, using diffrent formats but it didn’t help. I’m not super familiar with Adobe After Effect so maybe I do something wrong but it seems that the layer with picture is just a simple layer without any “moving” settings. 
I see now. Just animate Position and Scale of pictures as you need
