hi, i just purchase this template. i actually sizing the video into protrait instead of landscape. how can i edit? there is a part where there is black border at the top and bottom, would like to know how to edit it. how can i contact you

Pre-sale question: one more question, I see that there are snow flakes all over the images throughout the video , does it mean that whatever images I use for this video template will also have these snow flakes effect in all my images? Can I disable the snow flakes? Thanks

Hi! We have purchased your template and we would like to ask you for a special version of it, if possible. We only require a template with the transition from one image to the other, but longer. Would it be possible to have a template where every place holder lasts 8 seconds? Or could you please let us know the best way to do it?In fact, we only need one transition so, in total, the project would need to last 16 seconds. So: 2 place holders and the transition from one to the other. Thank you very much!
