What software do I use to open it?
Hi, You need After Effects to open the file… For the pdf File, Check the end of the item description.
I cannot open Help File…I do not see a pdf that earlier posts refer to. I have Adobe Reader and there are no compatible files in your help folder…only images. There is a PkgInfo file … is that the master file that calls the images…please help.

Hi, great product, thanks for the work! When I render this project, even stock, without changes the render stops at frame 962. I don’t see an error message, but I am really new to AE. It stops on the frame that says “Insert your own message. Or insert your own media”.
Do you know why it is doing this? When I render I am just clicking on “final” and then rendering.

Is it possible to place a PNG /JPG logo on the very beginning of the video (1st scene) where it says “A Profile Insert Your Name For Example”?
FYI : I figured out how to set up the starting point on the videos under placeholder “illustrations”
