Hello, we are interested in this animation theme, but first we would like to know if there is a basic animation which the character simply talks??? Thanks for your help.

I’ve just updated the project and now there are two talk loop animations (short and long). It’s also possible to create lip-sync animation with the included mouth poses. (you can see an example in the preview)

Hi! Great package, just bought it. But I want to use Hex color codes (like #c52727) instead of Hue. To match my character with my company colors. Is that possible?

I think the best way to do it is to create a new solid with this exact color, place it as a background or near Santa’s body and play with the Hue, Lightness and Saturation until Santa starts to blend with the solid layer.
There isn’t an exact right settings, because for Santa to look fine his body color have to contain darker and lighter shades, it’s what makes him look 3D. If his whole body is in just one color say #c52727 it will become completely flat.

It works perfectly, thanks a lot! One final question: I put my logo inside a placeholder, but now the logo is a little unsharp. Any suggestions?
I’m sorry I meant George, not Santa in my last comment. Thought we are talking about my Santa DIY kit, but it’s the same with George. 
About your question, if your logo is in a vector format, turning on the Continuously Rasterize for Vector Layers switch might help. Make sure you’re looking at the logo while George stands still, because there is motion blur applied on it when he moves.
Hi, I want to know how can we change the accessory like tie or a hat ..
I want to use an accessory in the beginning of the video then another one in the end of the video
when i activate for exemple the tie and create its position at the end of the video the tie stays at the beginning and I don’t want it to.
How can I do to use multiple accessories one after another in the same video.
Can you explain that step by step because in your pack there’s a tutorial on how we change the style of george but not how we can use many styles in the same video

I am missing the Christmas_Hat_[0000-2740].jpg , Christmas_Hat_Alpha_[0000-2740].jpg and Christmas_MM_[0000-2740].jpg in the downloaded updated version. There are several Christmas Hat files but the needed are not located in the folder? Any idea what’s wrong?

In the Project panel open _MAKE_ADJUSTMENTS_HERE -> Placeholders folder. Inside there are two compositions Badge_Placeholder and Sign_Placeholder. Just open the one you need and drag your logo inside. You can also watch the Colors_And_Accessories video at 1:50 min.

Thanks! And one more question. How do I change the color of the boards in “board_present”?
In _PLACEHOLDERS folder (under Board_Present) open for example Placeholder_01 comp.
Now delete Color1 layer and from the menu choose Layer->New->Solid, pick a color for the Solid and press OK.
Now the first board will be the color you chose.

Hi, you can use the included animations. As it’s a 3D character, it isn’t rigged in AE.

Can I edit the hair style of the character ? I want to make it with thin ( receding) hair line.
It’s something I’ll consider when planing future updates. Currently only the described hairstyles are available and you can edit the hair color.

Yes, you can use multiple characters with different colors and accessories in a single comp. There is a how-to in the documentation.

When you say “All animations can be combined with each other.” Does at mean I can combined facial expression with different gestures? Do you consider facial expressions are animations?
For instance, is it possible to use most of the animations with the tired face? (I would like to do that).
By animations I mean the different movements from “List of all animations” in the description.
Currently it isn’t possible to set the facial expression separately from the body movements. (for example talking on the phone while being angry)
