How to change the 2 white overlays after the ‘start’ section ? (around 7th sec in your demo vid)

Hi there, great project, but how do we edit the reveal comps in the timeline? Didn’t see any mention of that in the tutorial vid.

I’m building a vid display for a pizza bar client, so I don’t need certain comps in the project template (beef, fish, hot drinks etc..). I’m able to edit all the menu comps for our restaurant’s appetizers, salads, pizzas, etc, but when I delete the “beef” comp from the timeline, the Beef reveal still displays. I know it’s it’s own comp, just not sure how to delete and/or move them around in the timeline. Also, when moving the Pizza comp to an earlier time within the timeline, the Pizza reveal is left behind. Any tips are greatly appreciated.
