when i import it into Ae 2019 the screen looks red and in 2018 looks ok, how can i fix the bug in Ae 2019?
We have sent you an email, but were unable to replicate the issue in After Effects 2019.
Is there any way to adjust the actual animation of the words? A lot of your scenes seem to be on a character level. Are the animations for each word changeable?
While it is possible to change the nature in which many of the words/characters are animating throughout the project, this would require a level of after effects knowledge and would be considered a customization of the base project file, and thus we wouldn’t be able to provide support if you ran into issues related to the customization.
Hi, is it possible to render output with transparent background to overlay onto a video? Mark
Yes! It’s very simple to do. Go to the #RENDER composition, scroll to the bottom of the layers in the timeline and turn off the layer called “Global Textures”. Then, simply render with alpha enabled in your render setting with a codec that supports alpha (such as ProRes). We’re happy to help if you run into any issues! Having trouble previewing the timeline, I have changed my secret settings as mentioned. However with no luck, I have a very capable computer as well…
Need a refund ASAP i am having a lot of problemas with your product, really slow working on i,t im in a macbook pro 8 ram, also there are many scenes in which text doesn’t appear at all.

Great project, very good tutorial Projet with a lot of possibilities Request lot of processor ressources to calculate ! It will be a great idea to have a video, with the name of the Scene, to select what we want. There is a Main project on AE, but need to be rendered to be used, Anyway great job !
