What version of element 3d you used ? you need instal element “MOBI – 3D models (E3D_v1)” models for element 3d v1.6 and for element 2 you need install folder “MOBI – 3D models (E3D_v2)” i sold more 60 items and they are works right. There is one reason of your issue – you installed the wrong version element 3d models.

Downloaded the last modification now element 3d shows me only one missing textures: Basic_2K_03.jpg

I tested it in ae 2014 all works fine. May be you need to install the latest element 3d . Now it is 1.6.2 version

I just bought elemtns 3d and its version 2 now. Maybe that is the problem?
