Hi anbin, i’m facing some quality issues… When I view the scene in the ‘scene setup’, all the elements and textures are displayed correctly. But when I render or preview it in AE, the quality isn’t OK. Some textures are simply white (books, walls, etc.) Thank you for your kind help. PS: I’m using Element 2.2, AE CC 2014, and an Nvidia Quadro K5000 card. I also have the exact same issue when I use AE CC 2015 with an Nvidia GTX 750M card.

Hello I am having the same issue as everyone else when I open this in After Effects its just blank…am I missing something?
1.Please make sure you have an external graphics card, Element 3D needs to support the independent video card.
2.please make sure that the version of Element 3D: Element V2.0.7 or Element V2.2.0
3.please refer to the video tutorial 1, copy the models and the maps file to my document.
hi ambin i have a macbook pro i just see as other a black screen i need to instal the plugi to see something right ? after that i can work or my mac don’t support this project ? mac book pro Intel Core i5, 8 GB, color iris

About the black screen, it is related to the video card driver. Your computer configuration appears to be fine! Before purchase, please make sure that your “Element 3d” can run normally, and can display the built-in scene model. Also need to copy the scene file according to the video tutorial.
