I have purchased this and I can’t play the tutorial to figure out how to set the way pionts can you send a link to a .mov version or do you have the video online like youtube ect that will just play. This is urgent I have to get the project done by Tuesday

Hello, I am making an animation using you project. I have added content into “Place Your Map_Here” comp but if I zoom in with the camera the resolution is very poor even though I have increased the “Place Your_Map_Here” comp to 8000X6000. To make it work I had to reduce the scaling of “projected” comp to 0.3 inside the main comp. I guess the projection has been made somehow which I cannot see, is there any way to be able to see the details inside the map without loosing the quality? many thanks
hello. ctrl+k (composition settings) – advanced – options – shadow map resolution – make it 4000. this is the maximum quality

no. its all in after effects. take a look at this video – https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wygc5M5HlCc does your projection look less detailed?
From that distance it looks the same but I need to go closer with the camera cause I have added smaller icons.

well the simplyest way do reverse dotted line is to reverse keys. select for example “dotted_line_1” press U to reveal animated keys. and simply swap them

Well it depends how you will animate camera inside ae. As for the folder map unfortunately this form is baked for this project

this is not an app) its a After Effect template. to edit this template you need Adobe after effect. I do not think that there is a free version of this program.

yes you can. this points are precomposed comp. and you can modify it or even replace it with your own
Great template! This has been lots of fun to use! I have been editing and suddenly the map I placed earlier in the Place_Your_Map_Here composition isn’t visible in the “MAP Locator” composition. The Projected composition is at 100% Opacity and the Eye is turned on. ALL other layers are turned on and at 100% opacity as well. Any help would be appreciated! Thanks!
MY MISTAKE! I had accidentally moved the Projected layer out of place so it was no longer projecting onto my Solids. Thanks!

I bought it but the camera control is killing me for few days now. There should be a way to position the camera I thought, but worthless.

yes you can use another map. map used in this project is a jpg file. so you can use any picture or even video. I can send you videotutorial from this project is you wish to see how easy this is
