Hey everyone, i purchase today the template and buy after that Elements 3D 2.2V. All fine but when i open AE i see not the 3D Laptop or the VideoCopilot UI. Where can i start it? (files are copy in the right folder)
I cant get the laptop to show up, what was done before to make it show that others had the same issue? the sparks and smoke all ok reinstalled AE and elements v2.2 and the 3d models all show up ok. installed to plug in the folder as stated. is there a setting that makes the laptop show up? scenes 001-5 show nothing help

I’m from Brazil, here we are NTSC and assemble videos 29.97, 59,94fps
I ask that sometimes the animation, time loops, etc .. are all based on frames, and when I change the timeline to 30 or 60fps can change all the time animation and comerçar to give it all wrong.
I need a version in which all timelines and compositions are set to 30fps, it’s currently at 25fps.
And how do I download the Update2 version as well? It’s the composition (render me outro)?
Hello I have copied and moved the folder into my element 3d location as per other instructions given to other buyers but still not seeing the laptop. I have purchased many of these templates from other authors with seamless integration right now I have a project with no laptop if I knew we needed to do all the extra steps just to get the basic setup of this I would not have purchased this. For future reference you may want to start listing more detailed instructions and or video or setup your project in a easier to edit method. Very disappointed in this purchase will not purchase from this author again. Thank you for your time.
Hello! First of all, thank you for purchase. Copy folder with assets to the plugin location is the easiest way to setup the project in current version of Element 3D. You need to copy folder with the assets to this folder: Documents/VideoCopilot/Models/My_Models. Do not rename files. And restart the project. Everything should work fine. Thank you for your time.

To work with this template you need Element 3D plugin installed. Maybe that’s the problem. Check if you have it in After Effects.
