Hi, I had a freelancer to edit and render the video and it seems like the tiny sound effects (like the DING! sounds and more) throughout the video are missing from the final video output.
Also, i had purchased the audiojungle Cheerful sound track and had it added but it sounds different from the demo video.
Could you kindly advise on what might be wrong?

I am using the 1920×1080 composition. On frame 6 when I select the individual frame to view/edit when I move the toggle to play out just that frame I can see the words difficult and impossible show up as it is supposed to. However when I toggle through the entire composition and/or render the video the two words disappear as though I removed them but I didn’t edit/hide anything on that frame. Any suggestions on how to correct this? Thanks in advance.
I figured it out. On frame 6, the words are hidden and have to manually be made visible in order for them to properly show up. No need to reply to my original inquiry.
Sorry for the delay in reply. I was traveling. Glad that you have figured it yourself. Actually to see all layers in every comp, you will have to disable the shy layer switch so that all layers are visible.

Hi I wanted to ask if there a way to delete or hide a few slides from the video. If yes, could you let me know how?
Hi,
Of you course you can delete few slides. But you will require good knowledge on after effects for advanced customization. Basically you will have to delete the layers of the slides that you do note require and pull all the other layers backwards so that there is no empty space left.

I have replied to your message that you sent through my profile page message box. Basically after purchasing, what you get is an editable After Effects file. If you unzip the file you downloaded, you will find all the necessary files and a video tutorial too instructing you how to add your logo and contact details to the video.

Nothing I try enables any voice playback. How do I enable the voice over? This is WIN64 CS6.
