This was resolved- thanks again for the quick response!
Downloaded the file and 3 .MOV files in the folder seem to be corrupted.
After effects threw an error when loading them and i could not get them to play with any media player.
Hello! Try to download video codecs that is supporting .MOV files.
We’ve tried this. Among other things, we also tried playing using VLC, which has the codecs for sure. We had to go with a different solution because of a tight time frame. Will you please issue a refund?
It’s so strangely because all my buyers haven’t got any troubles with MOV files. Contact me via mail.
