Perfect project! 
I wish you more sales! 
I need help as soon as possible to get this looking like the sample video. I’ve relinked all the included textures for both instances of Element 3d, and the logo appears correctly, but there is no environment like in the landing shot of the sample video. There’s no overhead light, side walls, rear wall, and floor. Please help immediately. I have to get a render out today. Thanks so much!
Background environment problem solved. Element 3d requires you to turn on the environment in it’s render settings. Once I did that, the environment appeared in this project.

This project works fine with an older version of element 3d, if you use the newest version of element 3d it doesn`t seem to work properly. Hope there`s a solution to fix it.
Warning, the project file is fake it totaly doesn’t look like the demo even with elements 3d etc. and sadly like you see in the comment section I don’t seem to be the first one with this problem.

The project requires Element 3D v1.6 for relink feature.. Do you have?
You are asking the wrong person… I bought the project, but Kuthanaga is working it. The following is from Kuthanaga: Yes, we have Element 3D 1.6.0 and relinked… but background image (the one that maps on the logo as well as background) that you have in your preview is missing. There is nothing in the file that has a background image referenced… Maybe a step in your video piece is missing as well?

We had to abandon use of this in our project because of lack of help and response. Would prefer a full refund, but I guess everyone can tell where that will go. Thanks for taking my $13, plus the $2 paypal charge, what a scam!

Still waiting… Cyrus has commented to let you know I am helping him. We need the file that actually has the background that is shown in the demo… Or we need better documentation explaining.

8 days?! Are you serious? This is starting to get ridiculous. Guess it’s time to get Envato involved. Was hoping would be simple process to get some help on your project. We paid for something and when we’re using it, it’s not there… We don’t see the background image we see in the demo and yes we have the Elements 1.6.0. All we want is what the demo shows. We are on a serious deadline here and your lack of response is hurting the project.

Here is what my mac version of AEFX is saying when I open you project. Any thoughts to why it won’t open?
“After Effects error: The file you are attempting to open was created with After Effects version 10.5 (Windows 64) and cannot be opened with this version. See www.adobe.com/aftereffects for information on upgrading your software.”
The Envato website said if you have CS5 or CS6 this project would open.
Working on this for a client and there is no background image and the rendered text is not illuminated and something is missing. Please help. I had to manually assign the traced layers in element but it’s not rendering right. Is there something I’m missing?

I feel stupid. This project requires a plugin called Element3D by VideoCopilot. It costs $200.
