Hey Nice work! 1) Can the ticker’s / lower thirds be removed by hiding the layer? (I’m sure they can just want to make sure) 2) Can I use this for the entirety of my news show, for every episode every day under one license or do I need have a license for each episode? I am really hoping its the former…. If it is the former, than I will buy this immediately
Thanks!
Hi,
Thank you for your interest in our work and for your kind words! Yes, the ticker’s / lower 3rds can be removed.
You need one license once per series. To be considered a series, all things in the series (eg episode, edition) must be connected, and be released within 1 year of the first installment. There is also a maximum of 52 episodes or editions within the series. I would like to render the two host presenter on Virtual Studio, 2 Broadcast Design – Complete News Package 7. Just the virtual Studio only, the rendering time is 4hrs. please help is needed.
Hi,
Thank you for your purchase. I did answer to both e-mails received yesterday and today, but it could to be a problem with your email or my server, cause it seems you didn’t receive them. Sorry. As I mentioned to another customer above, the render time very much depend on your computer specs, and also on the version of After Effects you are using, and on After Effects settings. Another issue could be the codec of your footages used in virtual studio monitors. If the footage you imported into AE is any kind of the following – Native HDV, MPEG1, MPEG2, mp4, m2t, H.261 or H.264, you need to convert it to a different codec. These kinds of footage use temporal, or interframe compression. They have keyframes at regular intervals, containing complete frame information. However, the frames in between do not have complete information. Interframe codecs toss out duplicated information. In order to maintain peak rendering efficiency, AE needs complete information for each and every frame. But because these kinds of footage contain only partial information, AE freaks out, resulting in a wide variety of problems.
Here are some things you could try to improve the render time:
- How much RAM you reserved for other applications(in After Effects Preferences -> Memory and Multiprocessing)? Probably the system runs out of ram, and start disk caching, which can really slow things down. I recommend leaving a quarter of your total RAM free for other applications.
-Another thing would be to move your disk cache off of your system drive. In Preferences -> Media & Disk Cache -> Disk Cache, change from default to a fast drive (SSD if possible).
-If you have Open GL enabled for rendering, turn it off. Open GL may be great for other apps, but it’s pretty useless in AE.
-Make sure that you’ve installed the current version of After Effects, including any available updates.
Please let me know if you see any improvements. Thanks.
Best Regards, Jo

Hi. Looking for a virtual studio Virtual Studio that can host 4 hosts plus one guest for TV talk show. Do you have it or can you customize? Thanks
Hi,
Thank you for your interest in our work. Unfortunately we’re not able to do any custom work right now. Please let me know if you have a deadline for this. Thank you in advance for understanding.
Best Regards, Jo
No I do not have a deadline for this, but I will appreciate if you can let me know approximately when you think you can work on it….Much appreciations
Not earlier than 2 – 2 and a half months, I’m afraid. But we’ll keep in touch. Thanks again.
Best, Jo
Let us keep in touch. Quick question: Would it not be possible to duplicate the actual Anchor/host?
Sure, it’s possible, but I was thinking you’d need a bigger desk. The actual desk can host 4 anchors, but I’m not sure where the guest would sit.
How powerful PC (Windows) need to work with your (this) project?
Hi,
For Virtual studio – panoramic view, an i7 processor, 32GB RAM would be required. All the other Openings, On-air elements and Virtual studio views, can run well on any decent computer.
I have an apple Mac Pro late 2013, with 6 cores and 32GB of Ram and Fire Pro D700 cards, and just 20secs of the project takes like 4hours? this soonest make any sense?
Hello,
Thank you for your purchase. There are many things that can slow down the render, even on a good computer. Please let me know what version of After Effects you are using, and if you have any 3rd party plugins installed. What part of the project takes 4 hours to render? If it’s the Virtual Studio – Panoramic view, due to the high resolution of the images used, it is normal to take longer to render than usual (not that long though). Also, what codec have you been using for the footages in virtual studio monitors?
Another thing would be the format you have chosen for your output. I’d recommend to make your first render as TGA sequence. TGA is losless and the render time is way faster than on any other formats. I always make the first render as image sequence. This way, if the render get stuck for any reason, it can be resumed from where it stopped. Once you have the image sequence, you can easily make your final output to Quicktime movie with any compression.
Here are other things you could try:
Please let me know if you see any improvements, after you are doing the above changes. Thanks.

The music can be purchased here: http://audiojungle.net/item/news-3/10456691
Does this render fast?
Hi,
Thank you for your interest in our work. I would say it render pretty fast, but the render time very much depends on your computer specs, on your After Effects version and also on After Effects settings. Please feel free to contact me through my Videohive profile, and we can discuss this matter further.

Hello, just purchased this. I’m not quite sure what the issue is, but it says there are 215 missing files, and there are color bars everywhere. I can’t get anything to relink, and it just overall doesn’t work. I haven’t changed anything in the project.
Hello,
Thank you for your purchase. Sometimes After Effects can’t locate the source files due to the change of location (from my drive to your drive). Easy way is to right click on one of the missing files and click replace file, then locate the file in the folder on your drive. Once one missing file is located then After Effects will automatically find the rest of the missing files. Please let me know how it works.
Thanks, Jo
I know your description says only 2 news anchors, but is there a way to sneak in 3 with masking or something…etc?
Hi,
Thank you for your interest in our work. Sure, it can host 3 news anchors, by duplicating one of the anchors placeholders. If I could be of further assistance, don’t hesitate to contact me anytime.
Best Regards, Jo
Hello, I love your Broadcast Design – Complete News Package 7!!!! Would love to get it but I never worked with After effects I work with Premiere. Does it come with how to manual? What if I have a question, can I rely on an answer from you? Please let me know. My e-mail is almaaz@aol.com
Hello,
Thank you very much for your kind words and for your interest in our work! The project is very easy to customize even for an After Effects novice. It also comes with a video tutorial. Sure, if you have any questions or if you need any assistance, you can contact us anytime. We’d gladly help
To get an idea of how the project is structured, I will send you the tutorial by e-mail.

very good work…
Thanks a lot mate! Appreciated!
Is there a way to edit the news opening colors? I see that it is an mov file, just wondering if that is possible! Thanks in advance!
Hi,
Thank you for your purchase! Background is pre-rendered indeed, and since it’s not monochrome, it’s a bit more difficult. However, it could be possible with several adjustments. What colors you’d need instead of red and blue? Please write me an e-mail through my VideoHive profile, and I will try to further help you on this.
Best Regards, Jo
Hi! Thanks for creating awesome news packs XD. Listen, can you send me that other WCNS NEWS 7 Template via e-mail please? I can’t puchase it, because my PayPal account has been blocked and i can’t create another one. I really need it for a school project. I really assure you, i’m not going to upload it on a site for free. Can you help me? Thanks.

Multumim!
You’re doing great! Excellent pack
Thanks a lot guys! Appreciated!
there is the possibility of having a single journalist in the studio?
Hi,
Thank you for your interest in our work. Yes, you can hide one of the newscasters.
Hello. Somehow, virtual studio rendered without monitors. Maybe what the settings needed? Thank U
Hello,
Thank you for your purchase. The images inside monitors placeholders, has to be 3D layers. If you have imported your footage in Monitor placeholder (instead of replacing the existing PNG file), you’ll have to check the “3D layer” checkbox in order to see the footage in the main composition. Please let me know how it works. Thanks.
Best Regards, Jo
All this is done. But rendering is only in PNG sequence. Render to avi, mov to get a blank monitor
Render through media encoder to MP4, too, with blank monitor
Could be a codec issue (the codec you are using for your footages). Mpeg-2, mpeg-4 and h.264 are codecs that can give ae problems and should be converted to another codec like lossless TGA, PNG, Animation, Photo-jpeg. On the other hand, AE is not really meant to compress files. Both MPEG-4 video compression and H.264 compression benefit from multipass encoding, giving you better visuals and smaller file sizes, but AE’s render queue is not built for multipass. Therefore, I always recommend to render first as TGA/PNG sequence, then make your final output to Quicktime movie with any compression.
I’ll look for the reason for this renderer. Thank you for your help.
You’re very welcome, anytime
Stunning work my friend. Really really impressive!!!
Many many thanks, my friend!
Happy to hear you like it!
