I downloaded it again and it was the accurate file size yet I get the message saying “this item was encoded in a format that’s not supported” I’m using a Aspire M with windows 10, I just need to know what codec your using and it should work

Have you tried to load other mov footage with alpha channel ?
Currently Quicktime are not working correctly in Windows 10. I have found several ways to solve this problem:

Search and install QuickTime Lite 4.1.0 (it is old codecs, but they still work in Windows 10)
I work in Windows 8.1 and everything works like clockwork.

I use adobe after effects CC 2014, I also downloaded the quick time, and no luck at all.. hm. Don’t think Windows 10 runs these kind of file’s
And for some reason when I download it, I don’t get a rar file, I get the application and when I click on it it sais I need Windows 7 to run it

Hey, doesn’t play well with AfterEffects CC & Windows 10 if you don’t have quicktime… ...any suggestions? Claims that most files are corrupted. Downloaded it twice to make sure (on dif. systems). About 80% of the files are unusable…
