Thanks for your purchase. If After Effects is showing an error that files are missing, it just can’t find them. Just replace the missing files with the movs in the download, that will relink them again. If you don’t know how to do that, please check the After Effects help. If quicktime is installed it will work. You also can play the files, but you can’t see anything, because its black in on black background. Quicktime Player shows transparency as black. I hope that this helps.

I did a quick research and maybe it´s also related to a problem between Quicktime, Apple and After Effects (if you are on a mac). You were totally right. It was a Quicktime issue. I just reinstalled (had to do this twice, strangely) but now it works. Thank you for your prompt response!

Hi, thank you very much for purchasing the template! Yes you can. Press the “Unhide all layers button” in the RENDER comp. Then you can see a layer called “BG_Paper/Elements.psd” – you can either exchange that layer with one of your textures or you can use color correction effects to change the look of the background. i do have quicktime still not working

this is the 4th time that i have downloaded this, still no luck, quicktime is playing but all dark nothing i can see

The included video files look dark if you play them with the quicktime player because they contain dark ink elements on transparent background, so the result when you play them with the quicktime player is a black screen, but they will work inside After Effects.

Thanks for purchasing the template! Sorry, I probably didn´t explain this perfectly. You can exchange all scenes with each other except of the panoramic and the four placeholder scene. These need a longer camera movement. You could change the camera animation by hand to match the size of the multi image scene. Just take a look at the keyframes and delete the right ones and create a longer movement. or you just use one of the two placeholder scenes instead. I hope that I could help.
