Im editing a music video, can your effects be taken individually and used in some sections of the music video or is this strictly for this type of intro with placeholders? Also, if I can’t use this download to work with a whole music video, can I hire you to add effects such as these into an already edited/sequenced music video?

Yes, as with any template you can copy an effect and use it elsewhere. But this requires a minimum knowledge of After Effects. If you are a beginner, the most reasonable is to follow the tutorial to replace the images and put your texts.
Regarding your second question,I am not available for freelance work. But you will surely find some good Videohive’s authors who will agree to work for you! You can ask on the forum
