I’m trying to understand how customizable are the panels in the CyberTech HUD Infographic Pack. At approximately 2:30 on the Item Details page demo video there is a security check panel which says at the top “place your hand in the field below to identify yourself.” In the right side top of this panel is a smaller panel with a photo of a man and personal information about him. How can I use only this smaller panel? Can I hide all of the other elements except the smaller panel? Is the smaller panel available by itself inside the project? Also, is all of the projects text editable? Thank you.
Hi, everything is editable and you can use only parts of the panels etc. But you need to have at least basic understanding of how after effects works to do that. Cheers!

There is a tutorial included showing everything you need to know about the project, but you need at least basic knowledge of After Effects.

Hi, the rifle is 3D pre-rendered sequence. You can render your own 3D models and put them into the template. If you have further questions feel free to contact me through my profile page.
I purchased your CyberTech HUD Infographic Pack. I downloaded it and unzipped it. Now, how do I add it to my photoshop cs6? I did have cs5 before too, if that helps. I’ve never done anything like this, so understand I am ignorant on this type of thing. Are these PLUG INS? What are they? My cs6 can’t open any of the element files. I watched a tutorial on adding plugins and tried to do that, but my files weren’t the same as the video. I’m sure this is a very simple thing, I don’t know much and have never added anything to my photoshop cs6 before. If there is a video I can watch for dummies, direct me to some key words to use so I can find it. Thanks. I was created a Heads Up Display with CS6 to put over my videos in Vegas Pro10, it was working, but your amazing work looks way better and would speed up the process. Thank you.
Hi, sorry to disappoint you but this is Adobe After Effects template. You can’t open the files in Photoshop. You need After Effects to open edit and export the files.
Hey, I didn’t know you responded, but had figured it out. Got back on this page to respond. When I saw “CS6 compatible” in the description, I thought it was cs6 photoshop with animation or something. I had no experience with “after effects”, never even heard of it since I use Vegas Pro. So when I saw CS6, I thought I had something to open them. Anyway, I been doing a 7 day trial with after effects and the files open great in that. It’s just all very foreign to me and going to be a lot to learn, I can’t even figure out how to change the text in any of your projects, but I’ll get there eventually. Looks like I’ll buy adobe after effects just so I can use all this work you did. thanks for the great work. In the details, you might want to write in the programs that are compatible to open and edit these files, adobe after effects and if other adobe programs like if Adobe Premiere Pro or any others work.
If you need help you can always ask me to do customization for you. Also the file description says it is an After Effects project.

I love both of your HUD projects. I have 2 questions, however. 1) Are all elements editable down to the vector layers (can they be directly modified) or are they (I assume so as they’re vector)? 2) Is the Periodic Elements effect also separated into individual elements, and how much detail is there (is each element info editable? You see, I’d be using this for science instruction and I’d like to highlight several element blocks in a sequence, and vary those as I explain elements of certain sub groups.

Hi, all elements are created inside after effects and are fully editable and customizable. The periodic table is separated and each chemical element is a different composition, so you can customize it as you wish. If you have further questions, contact me through my profile page.
I really liked the elements in this template, but I only have one doubt. Are those elements fully customizable in 3d ( Can I animate them in 3D along with tracking motion)? Or are they alpha video based (The angles and animation fixed)? I intend to use some elements along with the 3D Camera on After Effects, and need to know if those will work before I purchase this template. Thanks!

Sure you can animate and customize everything. All the elements are created in After Effects and are fully customizable.
Only the gun, brain and heart elements are 3d pre-rendered.

I agree with ThemeServant that your sales should be higher. I want to rate it 5 stars, but there’s a problem.
This awesome pack does not include a single .AEP file with all the elements. Separating them out forces users to try to keep track of 50 separate AEPs, what they represent, and search in separate folders for what they need is a lot of work that could be done once. It would help 76 people who already own it, boost your reputation, and make life easier for everyone who purchases the pack in the future.
If you have a consolidated file used for the video preview, please send it to buck.field@fieldoperative.com, and consider issuing an update.
You may want to consider providing instructions for purchasers to obtain the Orbitron font also. If these instructions were in a PDF, you could put a cheat sheet in there with an image to quickly show what each sub-folder and element looked like. I know it would help me a lot.
It will help this great pack gain more 5 star ratings, which I’m eager to provide.

Thanks for the great words and advice. Here is an answer of the first your question. There is an image gallery inside the zip file. I also listed that into the description of the item. It shows all the elements by the number of the images so it is super quick and easy to navigate and open the project you want. The reason I did not made a single file with all the 50 elements is that it will be more than 50 mb and it will take long time to open it. However this is a good idea, and I will update the project soon.
The preview is made of pre-rendered videos of each element and then comped together so the file is not going to work for you.
In the description there is a link where you can download the Orbitron font and install it. Please check the item description and your download folder for the font and the image gallery of the elements.
Here is what the update will include:

Hello can i have the opening and closing title graphic? in the elements folders they dont are…i dont see if those arent part of this item…. Its one of the reasons I bought it…im not a AE expert im new on video effects. can you send me just the opning element? thank you!

Im not seeing the opening title graphic in the elements folders…is it part of this template? Seems it should be..Its one of the reasons I bought it…other than that…Amazing work Buddy.
Well it’s is actually not part of the template, but you have all the elements needed to create it by yourself. As you can see by the preview image below the video preview it is obviously not listed in the template. If you need if please contact me and I will send you the project file.
