I tried it on both windows and mac I am new to this and wanted to have my logo do that effect

first message you’ve received is more of a notification which let’s you know that I’ve used an earlier version of AE to make the project.

Second one is telling you what the problem is – you are missing a 3rd party plugin Particular which is needed in order for this project to work properly. That information is stated in the item description.

when you buy it you get a project that is set up to work with any logo and deliver the presented effect. You don’t get a fiery transitions.

Since you can see how the effect is made maybe you can tweak and make a transition by yourself using the same method.

first message you receive is not an error it is just a notification that I have used older version of After Effects than you are using.

You don’t have Particular installed which is a must have in order for this project to work. After you install that plugin everything should work just fine.

Logo composition is 600×300 out of the box, which is half HD. Since there are a lot of the particle that are simulated that was the necessary “compromise”.

In order to make the logo comp larger you need to resize a dozen layers nested in few compositions… or simply place your logo in the existing comp and bring it closer to the camera. Would something like that work for your logo?

In the FINAL 1920×1080 Comp scroll all the way down and select the LOGO comp. Press (U) to bring up all the keyframes, you will see that there are Position and Scale keyframes. Go to the second Position keyframe and adjust the value, if you want for logo to be closer to the camera give it a negative value, for example -300.

After that adjust the position of the Blast.mov layer, if you moved the logo to -300 in Z-space, move the Blast.mov to -301. If you find the logo to be blurry, select the camera, double press (A) and lower the aperture.

Hi, Thank you for your reply! My logo isn’t a vector, so scaling it up or moving it closer to the camera makes it blurry. I need the logo comp to be 1920×1080. I tried changing all of the comp sizes but then everything disappeared. What is your email? Perhaps you can help me? This is an awesome effect and I really hope it can work for me. You can position your logo closer to the camera that way you will make it appear larger. Area for the logo can be resized but you will also need to resize all the other layers and compositions in order for animation to look right.

Is resizing all of the layers a chore?

Sorry to say but you are wrong, it is stated in the item description with bold font that you need Particular 2! I didn’t say that you only need After Effects in order for this project to work.
