why wont some files open in after effects?

when I import in after effects, I get an error saying some files are missing and now I cant download it cause it keeps on saying download interrupted

I downloaded this project yesterday and opened it with no problem even on Mac (I had Windows when I was creating it), nothing missing, you should only install the font used in this project I’m not responsible for the VH downloading problems, I have no connection to it

yes,you can put there everything you want instead of text
Is the video footage (football player) included and can is remove the lightrays around the ball in the last few seconds of the trialer?
yes,football player is a part of the project,and you can remove the light rays,it’s just a layer you can turn off
