Hello Author, How are you. I have a little problem, I added your template to my cart for a late purchase and accidentally purchases all items on cart and now I am contacting the authors to let them know that I made an accidental purchase trying to chose a specific, is there a way I can get a refund back since I haven’t downloaded the project yet. I listed items to be purchased on schedule.
Hey Son, we (authors) do not have the tools to handle refunds. You need to contact envato support for that. Sorry about that.

You mentioned that the video clips used in this project are available at: http://www.digitaljuice.com but digitaljuice.com is a huge website and one needs says if not weeks to find thos particular clips, do you perhaps have specific links?

Hello, sorry for the late reply. The clips were part of the “digital traxx” collection which unfortunately is not available any more. Clips could be still on the site but under different product name. I am not able to track them down at the moment. Maybe you will have better luck than me.
