Hi, great job! Just a little question. I want my last level to be farer from the ground than standard level 8, I mean something more or less like level 4. Can I edit the zoom amount on each level to do it? Or is there any other way? Thanks a lot!
Hi, The toolkit can’t do that your request. But i will try to add an option that allows to change zoom level in next update.

Hi there, the render on the Mac on AE CC 2014 is stopping with error messages.
After Effects error: attempt to get a value from a time stream with no key values. ( 29 ::36 )
This is on a 2014 Mac Pro with 64GB RAM and the ‘with plugins’ template. All the plugins are installed and working.
Maybe one of your plug-ins installed is causing this error. Re-install plug-ins, if possible upgrade them. If you don’t have to use plug-in version, just use non-plug-in version.
What are the image sizes required for the maps? They seem to be mis-aligned and image edges shown. I have them at 1920×1080. Or maybe perhaps I captured the wrong zoom level of the map? I had to manually change zoom levels since the map generator wouldn’t stay on the same coordinates when I clicked on the level 1-8
Please use add-ons to capture map images as shown tutorial.

I’m having trouble with the footages that is provided. somehow I can only open three videos out of the 12. It won’t even open in AE CC, it says the file is damaged or unsopprted.

Hi, This could happen for many different reason. Please follow the steps below.
1- Download the template again from the “Downloads” tab on videohive menu.
2- Maybe there are some bad sectors on your harddisk. Extract the files into another drive.
If problem still persists, let me know.

What player do you to open videos? Did you get any error message when you try to open it in any player?
for some reason some of the videos did not want to play on my computer even if I had downloaded from a different pc. (i’m using windows media player and VLC). It manage to work on a different pc for some reason, so thank you for the download (the problem was my computer itself and not the conversion and codec).

(Also had to converted from windows version, and maybe that convertion was not good enough, it was done automatically by ae cc ). Any idea? thanks.

I need to make the duration of the whole video more than 6 mins. For now, at the 6 mins mark, the video turns black even though i change the composition setting to 10 mins.

Explain:
he should zoomin 20% to new york city, next scene he zoomout 20%, rotate to washington dc, and zoom in 20% and so on…
like your “ultimate animated earth toolkit” but with a little zooming
maybe you have a little tutorial vid for this?

Hi, Sorry but toolkit designed for street level zooming. Toolkit can’t do that, it can be done manually using key frames.
I can not get the outro to play right. I have 2 scenes and after the second scene it zooms in again on the earth and then shows outter space. However, the preview shows the earth zooming away after last scene then cuts to logo.
Please help.

also, I imported a logo into the outro, the logo is a png file. I was wondering how I can get the background to be black.
I tried taking the logo and making it into a jpeg with a solid background, however, the black background would not cover the entire screen.
If you ask me how you can change bg color of outro scene to black, there is an option for that. You can find it in “Outro Settings” pre-comp. Also please watch end of “05 Editing intro and outro” tutorial.

And when I get to “adjust durations (render) only Level 8 7 and 8 are available so i have succeeded in opening those 3 and drag the image in it but impossible to find the others…

Preview video is generated using my project. It is same satellite. Maybe you saw a different project.
OK, thx, It’s Version V3, same satellite is a very smalller as the satellite in your preview and show only from side (fly by).
Hello MotionApe, truly excellent work on this. Am excited to make the purchase but hoping you can clarify one more thing for me beforehand. I plan to use this effect to zoom out from a football pitch (aerial footgae of people playing soccer in a stadium) to the satellite. I understand that the zoomin location is tied to coordinates but is there any way for me to customize it so that I can achieve the desired effect?

Map Generator Wizard: It is a browser based application that allow you to create map images of zoom points. – Does this mean that I would need the Internet connection? Couldn’t I just use already prepared images?

I am just wondering (so I open new comment) that if I have done “Zoomout1”, “Zoomout2”, “Zoomout3”, and later on I just want to delete “Zoomout1” because my friends don’t like it, are there any easy ways to replace “Zoomout1” with “Zoomout2” rather than delete content on Zoomout1 and replicate content from Zoomout2 and so on?
I tried to move Zoomout1 marker behind Zoomout2 – didn’t work I tried to delete Zoomout1 marker – didn’t work too

DO NOT delete markers. If you delete them expression code will be disable. Why do want to delete them?
For example, I have done 1-10 Zoomout, and I want to rearrange timeline (eg. I want content from Zoomout8 before Zoomout2) or in the end I don’t want Zoomout2 anymore. All I can think is that I have to replace content on Zoomout2 with Zoomout3, replace Zoomout3 with Zoomout4 content, and so on…..(lot of effort)
Thus, I am just curious that Can I swap or switch the markers around?
Template doesn’t work like that. Markers have to be in straight order.
