Im on a MacOS Sierra. v 15 of after effects. It just keeps telling me to check my internet connection. Im connected. I tried the same thing on my macbook right now and it worked, but not on my iMac.
Are you using different internet connection on your macbook? And there might be a problem with firewall.Try to switch it off before authorization. Then switch it on again. Or add Video Maker to the list of exceptions.

Can’t insert many of the shapes, such as Elements – Shapes FX Explosion Ellipse OUTSIDE 01. Error message “Can’t find gallery composition”. Some shapes work though. Using After Effects CC.

Thank you very much for the video! I see the problem. You shouldn’t import projects from ‘AE-projects’ folder if you use the extension. Remove ”#Starter – Elements” folder from your project (or open a new project). Then choose a suitable element from Video Maker gallery and double click on it.

Then find your AE version in the list and remove ’ aar.vmaker’ 2) Install updated ‘Videomaker.zxp’ using recommended Zxp intaller.
Zxp intstaller might ask you to accept some process using admin rights. Please don’t ignore that messages

Downloaded the files again, and the zxp installer from your tut. video. I have AE CC 2015 version 13.5.0.347 on desktop with resolution 1920×1080. But unfortunately still no previews.
Ok. I see. The problem is related to cc2015. We’re testing this version and try to fix bugs as soon as possible. However, there is a fast solution. Do you have a chance to use After Effects CC2017 or CC2018? It might help. Anyway, you can refund your money if you don’t want to wait. I’m sorry for this trouble.
No worries. I’m not getting CC2017 or 18 anytime soon, so i’m stuck with 2015. Anyhoe I can wait for you guys to come with an update for 2015.

Hi, I purchased Video maker today and I’m trying to install it using ZXP installer by dragging the .zxp file into the installer window, I have a mac running on mac os 10.13.4 and After effect 2017 Adobe premier 2018, but I keep getting “you are about to install aar.vmaker (V. 1.0) no compatible applications were found on your system, do you still want tottery to install the extension? So I press the yes button and then I get this: “The extension cannot be installed at the moment please install a compatible cc application and try again” I tried installing it using the open command from file menu, same result, can you help me please?

Hi there. I have small problem with my license key. Simply dont work and i get message: “Please check your internet connection and try again”. I have checked box at AE Settings about allowed script for internet connection etc.
