Hi, I’m using your neon text template in After Effects 2025, but the color effects don’t seem to apply. No matter what I do, the text stays red. I’ve followed the video tutorial, but in my case, none of the color variations (like blue, green, etc.) work.

Just tried installing the script in CC2021 but I have a problem. I enter the text and then press GO. Then I get a tiny window that opens up with the words “placing text” in it and a null – nothing else. How can I fix this?

I am getting a comment that the file i am attempting to open was created with after effects version 16.0 (Macintosh64) and cannot be opened with this version. I have AE CC2017 and doesn’t work, can you fix it? maybe downgrade de .aep file?

QUESTION!! Do you use this tool with “characteristic?” I’m asking because I was mislead into buying a similar product that didn’t mention characteristic and assumed everyone had it to be able to one click and bam, animated.

Please can you fix this? I already paid for it.
