Hi, I am writing to you from New Delhi, India…We bought this animation last week and are running into some problems while trying to us it. Could pls clarify some of the messages we are getting:
1. This Project is setting at 16 bpc,this will increase the image quality, avoid some banding, but Increase a lot the render time.If you wiil do some friendly render to check your change, please switch to 8 bpc,by selecting File>Project Settings,8 bpc. After chaging the setting to 8bpc and rendering, it is still not working
2. When we first try to open the file its giving the below message:
This project contains 64 references to missing projects. Pls intsall the following effects to restore these references
then it says:
The following layer dependencies are missing Text layer: Font family: “Helvetica neueltstd”, font style”ex” Text layer: Font family: “Helvetica neueltstd”, font style”tex”
We are working on a Apple FCP mac os x 10.6 machine One more thing some files seem to be missing like the mutiple particles seen in the animation
Could you pls revert asap as we are running against a deadline and need to use this animation.

Hey Flashato.. gotta say absolutely stunning piece of work.. i am an amateur in AE but really want this for one of my project.
couple of things… will this work in CS5 AE I dont have trapcode particular 1.5.. and the link you have said in the video says that the page could not be found
and finally.. is there any video tutorials on how to change the different texts and stuff in this project!!!

Hello Jeri, Thanks for your feedback, really you need to have the trapcode plugin here, version 1.5 is fine and V2 too.Keep in mind that with V2 you will need to switch off the show field option in the trapcode particular settings.A video tut is included in how you can change the text.Arthur

Hello… Was having the same problem with the 3d red green and blue lines in layer 4 and couldn’t figure out how to toggle them off….
You should find the layer in question and deactivate the” show visual field” check box this is bug with particular V2 only.Find the layer by deactivated the command, lines will disappear.
