Yes you can. In the “Render Comp” double click the “Main Animation”, there, you will find for each slide a group of three layers, named “Animation placeholder 01 ,02 … 16”. Select all three and drag them in time to change order or just hide them to skip. If you have any question please send me a PM. Thank you.

There’s no easy way to do that (you must enter in each comp and modify the keyframes and then you must synchronize all the animations)

It’s complicated . An easier way is to make your first gallery then render it, make the second one, and render it. Now you have two galleries that you can join into one . You will have the same result.

You can add video but the slides are only for a couple of seconds. So if your video is longer, it will be cut.

Yes, but is a little bit tricky you need to move some keyframes. How long you need to be each slide? Maybe I can help you.
