I paid and nothing works… Money wasted?

The project isnt working on the newest update of After Effects which launched yesterday

I’m getting several errors and it is saying it will take 1000+ hours to render… I know this isn’t right but at this point I’m not seeing what will make it work appropriately. I’d much rather get a refund.
