We don’t have an exact instruction how to do that since extrude for custom elements is not supported officially but you can try the following steps:
1. Convert your logo to Shape Layer 2. Then copy contents inside the extruded shape layer to the Front group and Extrude group.

You can use Isometry tool that comes with the Big Pack and user repeater for shape layer that you will get from converting the text to shape layer.

Hi, Big Pack is compatible with all After Effects starting from CC2015 up to the latest. Please update Big Pack to the latest version by downloading it from the videohive Downloads page.

Hello there – I am having trouble installing the Big Pack. I am able to make it to the last step of the installer and then I receive this error message: “The installer encountered an error that caused the installation to fail. Contact the software manufacturer for assistance.”
I am using the Mac OS 10.15.
Any tips to get through the installation?

Hi, Big Pack already supports latest AE. All you need to do is to download Big Pack from videohive and install it one more time.
Hi! I have a problem with titles element of big pack.
It seems that after updating after effects cc to 2020 version for some reason anything inside composition of titles is destroyed, moreover re-instal does not help (maybe i did something wrong with it).
What to do?
Hi, I guess you have this issue because of the updated expressions engine. We have updated the project a couple of months ago, and now Big Pack supports the new expression engine. Please make sure that you have downloaded and installed the latest Big Pack from videohive.

I buy “The big pack of elements” everything looks perfect, but there is a “Presets text” in the package and when I try to use it on one of my current texts the effects apply correctly but in my timeline doesn’t show anything, I try with a lot of presets text but none of them works. The other things are good, is just the text preset in the “AEViewerBP” extension.

We have updated all expressions in the project! Now Big Pack supports all recent After Effects versions. We have also fixed collections, bookmarks and favorites.

- Added support of new JavaScript expressions engine. So far presets work only with Legacy Engine. They will be updated in the next release
- Fixed bug with adding to collections and favourites
- Fixed issue with XMP
- Fixed offline issue
