Yes, you can change the skin tone and hair color. The background is transparent and you can add anything behind the character.
But you wouldn’t be able to just import another 3D character and use the same animations.
It’s more complicated. To learn more about why it works like this you can search for the difference between After Effects and 3D software.

The hair color can be changed with custom controls to any color you like.

Thank you for your reply i really appreciate it. The problem is that my client (that i’ve lost) has noticed that her left eye have a problem so he doesn’t took it. Anyway, i just buy the George Animation Kit for a personal project and that is truly AWESOME ! your work is really good mate ! keep it up

To address this issue now there is an option to switch between two types of eye positions in the “character” controls.

actually there isn’t an option to sync the lips of the character to follow precisely your custom text.
It’s rather random talk animations with different lengths. You can see it from 1:47 to 1:54 in the preview video. There are 3 lengths based on this animation (short, medium, long) about 2 sec, 3.5 sec and 6 sec. They can be looped. For example if you need the character to talk for 4 sec you can loop the short animation (2sec) twice. It’s the same with the others for example if you need 12 sec of talking you can loop the long talk(6 sec) twice.

Unfortunately the size of the eyes and the shape of the character in general cannot be customized. To make the character speak you can use the 3 talk loop animations, but not in combination with other moves.
