Hi Abrial, I wanted to ask you if its possible to use this flag loop as a water mark for my youtube videos. like if i can scale it so its in top left or right corner of the screen. thanks

This is one of the best 3D Flag projects I found and the technical quality is excellent. I needed some support and the response was outstanding. He did some extra work for me to make sure my project comes out perfect. I cannot thank him enough. Simply brilliant.
Dear Abrial, I bought the template yesterday and like some of your previous customers, I have great difficulties with the tutorial pdf because it doesn’t instruct very well. I’m on CS6 and Element 2.2 and I can’t relink the objects. Please, if you could find the time, do a visual tutorial with the EXACT steps to take to make this work. Hopefully it will solve many future questions of buyers to you. regards, J

Unfortunately this script / action / product is NOT working as described and I have waited very patiently for a proper response. Using either CS6 or CC2015 (AFX) it simply is NOT doing what it should.
English appears to be a secondary language for you and as such, something is not getting understood correctly.
The script / action is NOT working and repeated attempts to install / uninstall / use your product is met with no luck – obj don’t appear, relinking doesn’t work, AFX hangs and/or crashes. (WINDOWS 7 PRO 64 bit).
Unless an immediate resolution is offered, I want to request a refund. I want to support worthwhile products here on Envato, but I don’t appreciate paying for something that is simply refusing to work properly.

actually he’s right about the instructions. they don’t work as written. unlike all other projects I’ve used like this I had to figure out where you were going and drill down. it wouldn’t find the files if I started at the top level of the project even though I have all the subfolders covered.,
anyway, I have a different problem. the flag is WAY off to the right. it’s also way too small (my image is much bigger than needed) if I go into the scene setup i can only adjust position using one group, and when i do it looks completely wrong in the project.
I need to understand this. My client bought it but so far i can’t use this

FYI here’s the issue with relinking. i can’t use ‘relink files’ like i normally would. no idea why. I have to see the model and texture you’re looking for. highlight it, click ‘locate’ then point directly to the file with both.

I still can’t use it with the flag 10 feet to the right and smaller/ the issue i can’t figure out is why i can move it, size it and hit ok and it screws everything up

I just purchased your product – however…
Following your NOT SO CLEAR PDF INSTRUCTIONS – I cannot RELINK the obj and texture files – although with other AFX projects, I have no issues in relinking. >> Element 3D V2.2
Your instructions were followed EXACTLY and the folders will NOT RELINK!!!
You need to EXPLAIN PRECISELY – STEP BY STEP what should be done. Despite trying to OPEN AND USE YOUR PROJECT in BOTH AFX CS6 and/or AFX CC 2015 – it simply WILL NOT WORK!!!!!!!
THIS IS A TIME-SENSITIVE ISSUE – PLEASE RESPOND ASAP – Is there a VIDEO LINK OR SOMETHING THAT CAN BE VIEWED TO SEE PRECISELY THE STEPS INVOLVED???!!!
Absolutely absurd doing EXACTLY WHAT YOU SAY TO DO on a VERY STRAIGHT FORWARD AND SIMPLE FLAG insertion and RENDER and ABSOLUTELY NOTHING IS VISIBLE!!!

This issue is STILL NOT FIXED or at the very least NOT explained correctly >> YOUR INSTRUCTIONS! I feel I have wasted my money on this purchase – it appears ENGLISH is not your first language.
I’m sure the product works and I’m sure it has been used many times, however following YOUR instructions (and follow-up email) – the steps you outline do NOT relink the objects / layers and as such, there is NO render.
I have / use other Videohive products for AFX and some require Element 3D and relinking. When used, those applications work as expected.
I would appreciate a response – I ended up using another flag generator from Videohive and that one worked with no issues – therefore I will assume it is NOT my system, it is NOT my AFX version and it is NOT my Element 3D version that is failing. It is something else – I await your reply or I will no choice but to request a refund.

yes. just change the comp settings of the main comp to 60fps and it wolrks perfect to 60frs. regards
