I’m having trouble figuring out how to change the text color and color of the lines.
Any changes I make don’t seem to reflect in the rendering.

Unfortunately it’s impossible. All compositions including main logo/text composition set to their dimensions and can not be changed. Why not to decrease size of your logo a little bit?

Warning: the placeholder works only with rectangular logos with high width and low height.

Yes, logo placeholder dimensions are 500×100 and it’s visible on the preview file, because logo located inside the color shape. I’m sorry but I don’t understand what is wrong here?

In my logo, all is white but I have one element in color.
However, in the composition all the elements of the logo are paint in white. It”s not possible to respect the color of the logo ?

Yes it’s possible. Open “COMPS” folder, open “Logo Shape” composition, select “Your Logo/Text” composition, go to “Effect Controls” panel and Disable or Remove “Fill” effect.

Can you change the dimensions of the logo to support other aspect ratios? For example logos which are square instead of long+thin?

Unfortunately it’s impossible. This project works only with long logos. I always show all project possibilities in preview video.

This project don’t have the ability to change BG color, but if you want you can go to “final” composition, go to “BG” layer and apply “Fill or Ramp” effect on this layer and set up your own background color.
