Hi Luke, you can use any font you want that support accented letters or any other character. Instructions are included in tutorial file, you ‘ll find it very easy to do that.

It is possible to insert any image and video and add whichever title of the project you want with the same animation!!

I merge the main composition in those three compositions you mention in order to use the project file in whichever use you want to do.

For example if you want to use Kinetic Typography clean version then you will open and edit the Clean.aep! If you want the Flat version with the long shadows then the second one! And finally if you want to add titles to some of your media then you ll have to use the Titles Pack.aep!!
