i just purchased this project, and when i open it in After Effects, the beginning of just black. the text is not showing up on my end. i followed your instructions.
i am not a pro in AE, but this is not my first time using it either. this appears to be a problem in the file. surprisingly i did not find anyone else complaining about this. so i’m pretty confused as to why i’m experiencing this.
the composition is completely black unil 0:00:11:13 then the logo starts to show up.

how can i make you understand that non of the AE sessions display the beginning words?
its been two days since i purchased this AE project, and regardless of which version i open the beginning part of the project with the floating words does not display. even after i follow your instructions and render the words are not there.
are you going to help me or give me a refund?
As you already mentioned nobody experienced this problem before. I do not have it either, so I am sure it is not a problem with the template. The only resonable explanation is that you do not have form installed but you are trying to used version 2. But you already told me you are using version 1. By the way do you get an error message if you open up the project?

It depends on the version. For version 1 none, for version 2 Trapcode Form

How long should it take to render? I am using AE CS6 & have 8GB of RAM, but it’s taking over an hour to complete. What comp settings should be used for this if its to go on the web?

8GB are a bit tight for AE. But more important is the CPU. I guess an hour is more or less all right in this case.

It seems that you do not have Form installed. I quote from the description:
“For version 2 (preview no. 3 and 4) you will need Trapcode Form 2.”
If you do not have Form I can help you with the render process.

I did download and try multiple times last night. I just tried again this morning but I get the same error. I even tried logging in and downloading it from multiple browsers.
I also tried a different zip program (I use 7zip so I downloaded and tried WinZip) but have the same issues. It won’t extract.

the VERY first word INNOVATIV is spelled in German, right??? 
It should read INNOVATIVE in English, not that it’s horrible but does stand out from the rest of English…
Can I easly translate all the words??? I assume it’s all about retyping each txt layer with new words, right???

Oh, you are absolutely right. It’s misspelled. I’m going to change it.
And of course you can change each word and can replace it with your own one.
Hi I was wondering how can I change the color presets. Is there a way to remove the colorize option all together so I can create a custom background and different text color? I want to create alternating text colors that fly in with effects using ramp, bevel, etc. But can’t do so if there is only one option to change text color. Please advise. Thank you.
