Well, the template is of 1920×1080 resolution. You can scale the final rendered video to 4k size but it may degrade the quality or you can commission me to make the 4k size for you.

Says I am missing optical flair plugin which cost $124.. Zero option to adjust colors without plugin? Im using the current version of After affects cs6.

Are you kidding me! This template dont require any plugins. If you got any message window simply ignore it and continue. And template once sold are not refundable or please contact the support staff for any payment issues.
Thanks for the excellent customer service. I am an experienced AE user and it’s requiring the plugin and locking the template. You should check this on a different machine because it is true. You can either rectify it now, or for the next user that buys your template and has the same issue.
Well Thanks, But There was no any such issues before since as you know, the template has been sold more than 1000 times and no one has said me that they template required particular!! If you are an experience AE user, then you should have find it by yourself there was no particular plugin used. or even if it is there, you can simply delete that layer and solve the problem, Maybe you can try the template in different machine, Let me know, I am very eager to hear from you.

yes, the particles have alphas.
First time user of AE. Used to other adobe products such as Photoshop,muse etc, is this a fairly basic task? Something simple like rreplacing logo and saving? SOrry for the rubbish question
There is video tutorial included with the purchase of this template inside the main zip file, so that you can get along and replace your logo, colors and renderings. Hope that helps…

The lady’s voice in the background is the water mark preview of the music so if you later like the music as well, you can buy the music then. You wont get the music after you purchase this template, you need to buy the audio separately from the AUDIOJUNGLE.NET. The link to music can be found in the template description page.

as far as I know, you can use it for all the youtube videos as long as your logo video be unchanged.
