I also tried that. Same problem. Tried to upload to Movie Studio Platinum (Vegas). MSP crashes !
I never have had problems with uploading other mov files into AE.
Another verification I just did :
Downloaded a free version GoProStudio and I tried t upload the files. GPS is iploading all the project footage except for the Optical Flare.movAnyway, i received your mail and will send your requested video,

I purchased the file yesterday.As syslay288 from Cancun I have some problems. Everytime I tried to open the file (CS6), some “slider issue legend” pops up and rotation changes are unable to show and I can not get the change of city to be zoomed (Lima, Peru) I want. I really need help with this, I use After Effects in spanish language.
You can not use After Effects scripts (expressions) in other languages other than standart language (English).
Please install standard language and try again.

When I try to render it (in Adobe CS6) I get the following error also:

Dell Latitude 6500 series, 8GB RAM. Nothing else open except virus scanner and Adobe AE CS6. (no browsers) no nothing. Multiprocessing is disabled. RAM in Preferences is 7,9GB ; RAM reserved for other applications is 1,5GB (can’t lower this for some reason, it won’t let me). No other Adobe products open on the time of rendering (no photoshop etc)
What more can I do? ; output settings H264 1920×1080 25frames/sec. Please help.

I also tried downloading Adobe AE CC from the adobe website. (figured it might be a bug or something in CS6?) ; Gives me the same error in AE CC… Please advise? ; can’t do anything with it now as is

As I understand you tried different ways but still you got error. Please can you also try to enable Disk Cache (with a big size like 15GB)

Hi caneration. I wrote you an e-mail through the videohive website. Set up an ftp account for you to upload the render to when you have had the time to render it. I tried the disk cache setting (20GB) but it didn’t work. Threw the same error at me ; Thanks a lot for wanting to render it for me!
This is the first one for me that I can’t get to run on my machine. Gotta save up for a machine with more RAM I guess

last day i reinstalled my adobe after effects cs6 and when i try to open the project file it loads until i get this error message:
is this normal or am i doing something wrong?

Hello for first error, make sure you have to install quicktime recent version. For second error, please check your memory management in preferences. If there is processes you have at background, close them and try again please..

yes, camera shake animation is a null animation. if you delete it, it won’t have a shake animation
excuse my bad English, I speak Spanish. when I try to render this video an error message appears to me:

it looks like your configuration and RAM is enough. Maybe you can try to enable disk cache from preferences..
