I have downloaded the file and when trying to edit the project all I am seeing is colored bars and it says I am missing layers or files, am I doing something wrong?
Try downloading again. Open project in the downloaded folder and don’t move or delete anything in that folder. Hopefully that will fix the problem. Cheers, Mark
still not working, I get a message saying “the following layer dependencies are missing: Font family “oswald” font style “light” and “25 files are missing since you last saved the project”. Then everything is colored bars and you cannot see the template in the editing screen
Hmmm…..not sure what the issue might be. The Oswald warning means you do not have the appropriate font, which shouldn’t affect the project. The colored bars means it can’t locate the source files which doesn’t make sense as I have had no other problems from other users about this issue. Did this missing files occur the very 1st time you opened the project after downloading? Cheers, Mark
unfortunately the missing file error occurred my first attempt..do you have any suggestions? I havent had this issue before and have a wedding coming up that i was hoping to use this template on

Q: I am trying to insert videos which range from 5sec to 1 min clips. Is there any way of showing the entire footage because at the moment, it looks as if i can only show 5 seconds of a video?

Hi, I am having a problem and I hope you can help. Each time I go to render anything over 14 images, I get: “4 footage files are missing to render composition ‘Final 1029p_28 images’ are missing. Can you tell me where I should look to see what is missing.

This is just a warning. There is actually no missing files. Just go ahead and render and nothing should be missing. Cheers, Mark

The only problem I have is with the audio. I replaced the sound as you mentioned in your video tutorial. Once I tried with an MP3, and another time with WAV (different songs), but in both cases the audio stops in the first few seconds, and also sounds really weird at the end. I used the 1080p 42 photos project, and my computer is the new iMac 27, so we can’t blame my computer for being too slow/old hardware…
I’m using After Effects CS6. My video preset is Quicktime and encoding with H.264. The audio preset is set to “uncompressed”. I also tried the “AAC” which gave the same results and “AAC Enhanced Low Delay” which gave no audio at all…
Eventually I had to use MKVtoolnix to combine the video with the WAV file. This worked for me, but it’s really a hassle, and I also couldn’t edit the audio (for example to fade out the music).
What did I do wrong? How can I fix this?
btw, it mentioned before rendering that I have 12 missing footage, but I clicked ok and the video looks fine…
Hi there, I think the issue is with the way you are importing the audio. The method used in the tutorial is only if you are using the Pink Zebra track from the preview. IF you are using different audio, you just need to import it into your comp, and drag it into the timeline. It will create a separate track that will render alongside the sequence. And don’t worry about the missing footage. There is none actually missing and project will render fine. Cheers, Mark

Hi there, I bought your project recently. I am using after effect cs6. I opened up the project, however when I click on the images to add photos to them, I do not see the white background. If I drag a photo to image 1, I do not see the photo either….please help! I am able to see the white background with the photo in the upper left corner, however not on the big screen where you can adjust the size….
Hi there, the issue you are having is simple. When you open the replace image comp, the timeline indicator (the yellow diamond with a red line underneath, indicates where you are in the timeline) has just disappeared. Click on any point in the timeline and the image will reappear.

When you say 2 to 3 mp, what size photo would that be 600×400 or something like that?
