What kind of license i need to use the animating font for the titles of a program in national TV ?
As far as I understand it – if that program is broadcasted to a public network that everyone can view for free then standard license is fine. Extended license is required if program is broadcasted on a network that is only available to paying users. have a look here: http://videohive.net/licenses/faq
