Hi Martin. First of all, thanks for the availability of your professional products.
i am a CS5 user. i placed the FX Transition pack as you suggested and then opened the project and I got this: After Effects error: the file you are attempting to open was created with AE version 10.5 for windows and cannot be opened with this version . . . . . . you have to upgrade your software. What do you recommend? i can’t upgrade to that version because i am Mac – also, if there is indeed a tutorial, I would appreciate having it too. Thanks. Michael

Martin. What is the difference between the FX transition pack and your other similar product called: Motion Portfolio – Fast & Dynamic?
the other project that you referring,DOES NOT INCLUDE the presets as itself as this pack does.Motion Portfolio is a template project that has replaceable empty placeholders ,that you will have to replace with your own media ,but this project also includes an example ae project,but just to guide you….

Hi, I have AE CS6. I followed the instructions and copied the FX Transitions Pack to: C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe After Effects CS6\Support Files\Presets per the help file but Im not seeing it in AE? Should I not see them under the Effects,Transition menu? Thanks for your help.

this is the location where my presets a re located and i have no problem s at all on cs5.5 and cs6,works great. :
C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe After Effects CS5.5\Support Files\Presets
can you give me a screenshot of the problem ?
I’ve done some research and discovered that some presets only show up in the Effects and Preset panel and not under the Effects menu. Is this the case with your FX presets? When I get home from work I will check it. Mark
please…these are presets,not “effects” ,so of course you have use the “effects & presets”panel ….
for the life of me I can’t get the project to work. it doesn’t let you replace the images, if you replace the imageholder it puts the same photo in every media slot. tried adding the presets in a new comp but that didn’t work either.
