All you have to do is open the ZXP app from aescripts. Go to the Premiere Pro category in the ZXP App. Select the Plugin and hit Uninstall.

Hello! Happy to help. Premiere Pro FX works with Premiere Pro 2021 and Above. So 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024, Windows and Mac, Premiere Pro FX Plugin Extension will work perfectly.

Il semble donc que le code de licence Envato ne se connecte pas à votre système. Essayons une réinitialisation de l’extension. Lorsque vous lancez l’extension pour la première fois, il y a le bouton “Lar l’application”. En dessous se trouve un petit bouton “Réinitialisation d’usine”. Frappez cette réinitialisation d’usine. Il fermera et réinitialisera l’extension.

Hello, So, if it says 1.0 on the ZXP installer application that is okay. The extension code developer may not have changed that on the backend. I’ll have that fixed in the next update which will be 4.0. That will be a big add on category for trailer styles releasing soon. I’ll have the version number fixed once that release comes out. As long as you downloaded the latest version from the backend you will be good.

Everything has been tested in both the latest update of Premiere Pro as well as the Premiere Pro Beta. All should work perfect for you. If anything stopped working it is likely a settings issue in your system or install error. I can help figure that out for you if you need. Hello! Happy to help answer whatever questions you have. So, Premiere Pro FX is compatible with the latest version of Premiere Pro. CINEPUNCH is also compatible with the latest version of Premiere Pro.

Both products are constantly being refined and updated. New Add On updates for both coming soon. Updates and Add Ons are always free for customers. Both products are unlimited use.

The two are very different from each other and work great hand in hand for video editing and creators. Here is a quick breakdown.

Premiere Pro FX is fully integrated inside Premiere Pro. The Video Effects are animation-ready and you can double-click on whatever you want and it will go directly into your timeline in Premiere Pro. The Effects that are built all utilize Premiere Pro’s Effects System.

CINEPUNCH is a huge library VFX suite with a variety tools, presets, luts…etc. Everything is moreso disbursed into different packs such as 4K 6K 8K Video Overlays that you can download and import into your projects.

All the Overlays are all pre-rendered and optically captured such as real Spherical and Anamorphic Flares, Dust, Light Elements, Smoke, Inks, RGB Prisms, FIlm Grains, Real Super 8mm Frames… whereas you can import, overlay on top of your footage, and change blending modes for cinematic designs, looks and effects.

So, CINEPUNCH and Premiere Pro FX are both going to have Transitions & Motion Effects, upon many, many more elements. Both suites are suited for more cinematic design, tools and effects.

Premiere Pro FX will have Transitions, Color FX, Motion Effects, FX Builders, Animation FX, Credits and Titles, Sound Library, Music and Music Elements all built within an integrated system inside Premiere Pro extension, whereas you just double click and effects are automated into your timeline.

CINEPUNCH, is a huge library of pre-rendered overlays (thousands of 4k 6k 8k cinematic overlays), sound packs, Transitions (project, presets, and soon-to-be release free plugin extension for Transitions and Motion Effects). Not everything is integrated into Premiere Pro. It is a Bundled Library of tools.

Hello! So, unfortunately I have no control over the server. That is Envato who handles that when it comes to backend downloads. The entire ZXP is packed and it runs about 7.5GB packed, and then around 9.5 to 10GB unpacked.

If you can make sure you have enough storage on the drive it is downloading to. Sometimes users do not realize the’r drive is almost full.

Now, if you have enough storage, perhaps try another browser.

And I will work with you to make sure you get everything downloaded.

Hello! Happy to help! Yes, if the extension load slow, it is only because of your CSXS number for Adobe Suite and OS being wrong. So easy fix. It is not the extension m. Moreso a communication fix.

For MAC

Open Mac Terminal.

Copy And Paste:

defaults write com.adobe.CSXS.11 PlayerDebugMode 1

Hit Enter.

Now re-open Premiere Pro and see if the Premiere Pro Extension opens as it should.

For WINDOWS

Openregedit > HKEY_CURRENT_USER/Software/Adobe/CSXS.11

then add a new entry PlayerDebugMode of type “string” with the value of “1”.

Now re-open Premiere Pro and see if the Premiere Pro Extension opens as it should.

In the main premiere pro fx folder there is also same instructions

It sounds like it would be anti-virus or improper installation, off the bat. 3rd party Anti-virus will hinder Adobe Premiere from full functionality. programs like Avast and Adobe bump heads all the time. So when the extension tries to place the effect into the timeline come 3rd party anti-virus will block Premiere from its task. I will need more information about what you are using, PC or Mac.

And if you can give me more information such as are you woking on Mac or PC. Whether you have anti-virus or not.

That way I can get a better idea what may be conflicting with Premiere in your system.

Just to note for Mac users.

On a Mac you need to have System Events and Automation on for Adobe Premiere Pro. Effects will not trigger until you have properly checked on your Automation Settings for Adobe Premiere Pro, as well as System Events.

When there is a new update issued, such as new category, effects, music…etc You will have to go to the backend of your VideoHive account and re-download here: https://videohive.net/downloads

Then, using the ZXP app, uninstall the previous version of Premiere Pro FX, and then just drag and drop new ZXP Premiere Pro FX into the ZXP application to install the new version.

As far as installation, Inside the main folder there is a video tutorial as well as document on how to install. Very easy.
