I sent you an e-mail twice and waited for months to get no answer. Currently, I am using the latest version of Premier v22, and I have tried reinstalling Premier Atom several times and my computer has been formatted. In the case of transition, it is not applied to the timeline at all, and several titles are the same. And titles and other text options do not apply even if data is changed. I think we need to fix it to suit the latest version, when will the bug be fixed?

Hi! Just bought it and issues appeared! I got Windows 11 and 2022 premiere pro.
Transitions, color grading and effects&overlays are not applied. They seem to be loading the effect into the timeline, but nothing happens.

Hi, I had previously purchased “BASE Transitions and Motion Graphics for Premiere Pro”. I like it and bought “BASE Transitions and Motion Graphics for After Effects” today. I have it working. I am using the Windows 10 operating system. I am using Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro version 2022. The transition effects of the product I purchased for Premiere Pro were working properly. But when I installed the product I bought for After Effects, the transition effects in Premiere did not work properly. Especially when I apply a transition effect for text and title, a black background appears behind the text or title. This issue happens in Premiere Pro. The same effect works very smoothly in After Effects. As far as I can see, the product for After Effects is newer and more useful. My friends are using Premiere Pro. They want to buy “BASE Transitions and Motion Graphics for Premiere Pro” too. They are hesitant to buy it because there is such a problem. If you can solve my problem, they will buy it too. Can you solve this problem?
I just noticed this. Premiere Pro has Cinematic Transition but not After Effects. It’s missing. It would be great if Cinematic Transition was in After Effects.

Everything should work “out of box” cuz with atomx 3.0.5 all work, but 3.0.6 not work.
I have a huge bunch of licensed packages, and EVERYTHING works, except for this, it means that problem is in your package, and not in Windows.
Rating refers specifically to distribution of goods that are produced on videohive site, which DOES NOT WORK after purchase on ATOMX 3.0.6, period.
Fact that you can explain or suggest something or send it by mail, this does not apply to what you sell here, package developer must update support for new version of plugin in a timely manner, otherwise it all makes no sense.
For comparison, i installed a clean licensed corporate windows 10, installed a licensed trial PR and installed atomx 3.0.6 plugin, then your package, and everything does not work.
I am extremely dissatisfied and my assessment is more than objective.

Having issues—using the Effects tab, in many cases when I double click (or drag and drop) an effect on the timeline, the progress bar shows up but then nothing happens. This is quite disappointing considering the price of the product. I’ve tried restarting. I’m having similar issues with the color correction.
