This is the 4th zoom template we have tried and whilst it is the first one to actally work in 2021 it’s very disappointing to find that after all this we cannot zoom in any closer than an entire neighbourhood. We’re needing to zoom into individual buildings and right now we are having to finish this off manually with an additional zoom level added onto the end of the zoom generated by this template.

Hi there. When I try to get the coordinates of a location I get the following error on from After Effects: “Can’t find comp ‘Coordinates’, action abort. Once I click on Ok I then get the following error: “Please save the project in the template folder” Which points me to the Project File from the download. When I save the file there, nothing happens and no map is generated. Please advise,

Hello, I bought this template and followed the tutorial. I am a Mac user. When I click on “Download Map Images” Adobe After Effects stops responding and nothing happens. Can you please help with this problem?

Hi, Mostly this happens when something blocks the application in the script folder on your Mac. Please make sure that you gave the required permission like in the first tutorial. Sometimes read/write permission cause of this. Try simply move the project files into another drive. For example, if it’s on the C drive move it to D drive.

2- Extract it into “Project Files\01 Ultimate Earth Zoom Toolkit\(Footage)\05 SOURCE\Images\Map Images\” and replace the current folders

Hi Motionape. It’s not downloading map images for me and I think I would like a refund. I’m just going to create it myself. love your work by the way but I’m just behind schedule and I have to move on.
Hi, something is causing this issue on your side. If you’re on a Mac, please make sure you gave the required permissions. If you’re on a windows try to disable firewall and antivirus temporary. Moving the project files to another drive solve this issues for some users.
You know I can generate these images for you and delivered it in minutes. So you can continue to work on.
No it’s not working. Tried all that. It must be my computer but i’m not turning off my security on my pc. Can i get that refund so? You getting me the images defeats the purpose of having the software .Appreciate the offer doe. Many thanks

A question before buying. Is it possible to zoom in the map and get closer to cities in Night mode? I mean, the night setting on your product only works when we are far from the earth? or we can zoom on cities and have the cities in night light?

You cannot get a night map from satellite. You need to turn map images into night in photoshop

I am a Mac user ( 10.14.6 Mojave) and newest version of After Effects. I just downloaded the toolkit and get to the tutorial :51 point in the generating map images tutorial and I can’t see the map image generator. Can you show me where that is on the Mac?

I made the mistake, that I installed it and put the purchase code direct in the popup instead to cancel that.
Now, its not possible anymore to prut the API key in it.
What should i do?

In the latest version you don’t need API key anymore.

I downloaded the latest update and everything seems to work fine until I hit the ‘download map images’ button. I get a pop-up on screen saying that ‘A window will open to download maps for you’ and then nothing happens. Nothing comes up. Any help to resolve this issue would be appreciated. Thanks

I had the project file on an external drive, changed the location to the desktop but it made no difference. I’m on Mac. Not sure if that’s of any importance.
