I bought the premiere pro graphics pack and am encountering the same issues. Have the latest version of everything and after install the extension doesn’t find any of the presets no matter what path I give it and it never asks me for my license. I did send an email through the contact form.

Hello i bought pro and ae package and i saw every tutorial , install plugin v3 to premiere pro i opened the extension but i didn’t download toko graphic 4.0 folder and didn’t ask me a product licence. Only program said me change path and chose directory where your folder .I’m sure to choose true path but didn’t accept …i tried everything but i didn’t install… Help me please thank you.

Hey, incredible product – absolutely amazing, BUT on the Gradients, Transitions.. etc, i can not change the colour, i can see the controller, can see where you edit the colour, but upon picking the colour i want, it does not change… Please can you advise if this is an issue being looked at, or, well anything

I recently updated the graphics pack to 4.0, but although it displays correctly in After effects in the Motion bro extension, the pack is not showing up in Premier Pro. If anyone was able to fix this issue please let me know.
