I am really disappointed on how you treat me. Although 10 days passed, no one has contacted me to install the app. I also asked question about uploading and integration for animation, nobody answered my question either. Your attitude is not befitting for professional and prestigious company, and you have not made as ny attempt to remedy your client’s unjust treatment. I am still not solving the link media problem. I downloaded the file, unzipped it, opened it in Premiere 2021 and told me to save it again, but it turns out to find the media from the beginning.
Unzip -> Open 1920*1080 project ….From here, a window to search for media appears. Let me know what I am doing wrong.
Save again and open the project to find the media in the same way. I clicked Search to specify the downloaded folder, but I still get an error that the media could not be found.

Hi, I really like your designs, but I see something I don’t like about the animations, you don’t use an “out” animation, for example, a lower third enters with text sliding from bottom, using some effects but then there is no an animation to disappear that lower third, it stays static at the end. And that happens with all your animations, I need elements that appear and disappear using animations.
Forget it, I saw a video where you can copy and invert the clip, so you can invert the animations.

I seem to have the same issue as lots of other people. Transitions saying they are Offline. I thought this may have been fixed by now. Can someone please explain a fix to this? Or Nick can you please provide a fix ASAP?
