HI, would appreciate your assistance. I just purchase 1450 Element pack. I have followed the installation tutorial but having a problem viewing the elements. There is just a bar that says duration & no elements. I made sure the correct path directory has been selected , the purchase code was entered and it was accepted. Not sure where I have gone wrong. I am having some issue with extension since my AE has been updated to AE CC 2021. I have emailed twice via motion Bro but haven’t heard anything back. I am unable to use the extension, it’s not showing(loading) on the tool. Please help.

I bought this item long time ago. I’ve tried to reinstall new version(3.1~), but it doesn’t work. I succeed calling forder…I did put in the code, and nothing pop up! NOW still using 2.0 version.

I bought this a few months ago and have been using a few of the assets in my YouTube videos(all free, personal, non paid content). I am now unsure of how long I can continue to use it, or if I can continue to use different elements and assets from this template pack.

I enjoy the assets and would like to continue using them for my videos in the future. To what extent does this licence cover me using all of the assets and how would I continue to use these indefinitely.
