Yes I do. I’m running 2.3.1 and experiencing a bug. When I first bought this last year it didn’t work for specific presets then with the AE update they all did. I’m able to track the face, set pose and the face measurements and the extension works fine. However, when I apply the preset of whatever I want to the tracked mask. The layer below the precomped preset freezes like a still frame or that part of the video goes black completely.
or sometimes it won’t freeze and just won’t show up at all.
But I love the product I mean it pays for itself and has a wide amount of uses. Very worth the price and love it. Can even send examples of times I’ve used it. But, I’m just hoping it can work again
I’ve Adobe CC 2018, but it keeps giving me error when applying the presets and it the new layer shows up as blank. What am I doing wrong?
Hello! Are you using the latest version of the extension – https://motionbro.net/updates ? If the problem persists, please update After Effects to CC 2019 or later. Since some presets do not work in CC 2018 (this information is indicated in the description).
i just downloaded zxsinstaller to install motion pro extention but zxsinstaller is not working and i cant install motion bro so i cant apply this preset so sad

Hello, I’m trying to install the available presets of packages and it’s prompting me to “please check my purchase code”. I did in fact purchase AE Face Tools but the code that I received will not work. Please help.

when I click “Check” after putting in my purchase code I just get a blue spinning loading icon, nothing else happens

What version of the Motion Bro do use?
Perhaps your system’s settings do not allow the script to perform code verification via the Internet. To fix this, try the solutions listed below:
• Run After Effects as an administrator, and then enter the purchase code.
• Disable the antivirus program or firewall for the time of entering the purchase code.
I’m using MotionBro 2.3.1, I have disabled my firewall and virus scanner and still no luck, I just get a spinning blue icon
after I click “check”
then my AE says (Not Responding)
