Excuse me. Why do I follow your tutorial and everything are lost?? it requests me to link the footages???

I recently purchased Videolancer’s Transitions for Premiere Pro | Original Seamless Transitions . None of the transitions seem to be working in my Premiere Pro 2020 projects. How can I get it to work?

Hi I purchased this package and I was wondering if there’s any way to make to all transitions into one folder so when I drag & drop they all go together.? I have to Individually use each transition file and I would like to use them all at once if you have any tips I would highly appreciate it. On PC

can i use the item on 2 computer ?

These are awesome for anyone creating content without having to make these as well. I had some confusion and contacted Tech Support and was helped by Boris. I thought I had bought an older version other than V2. Because I couldn’t find the Zoom Target folder. FYI, I found out they only sell the upgraded packages and not the older as well. I was on a laptop so not a lot of screen realestate, but after closing multiple folders of transitions. Lo and behold there it was. So, you know I’m feeling like a noob. Boris was very prompt, helpful and patient. The transitions pack vesus the cost is a ridiculous great deal, But great customer support to boot? Wow, I’m a customer from now on. In fact going to go purchase Face Tools as we speak. Check that out as well, great deal for the price of $45 Thanks Brian

You told me to write the author. I did it. I wrote the author 3 days ago and didn’t get any respond! This is rude. I bought this pack 3 days ago and can’t open and use it. I try everything but no matter what it say that I have missing media files. I tried to go file by file and locate all of them but it will take days. When im trying to add the sound files it says an error message.

Im so disappointed with this pack and with your customer service. Please Give me my money back. I don’t want a pack that doesn’t work!

Hi just bought it. Unfortunately there a problems to see the transitions by its own and not with the stock footage from our end. Can you help out? I followed your tutorial but I didn’t work out.

I just download this pack and I can’t evet start working with it. It say that I have missing all the project files. When im trying to locate them its just find a few, but most of them are missing. What can I do? I try this with premiere 2019 and 2020 and nothing works.

hi , I purchased the 1000 seamless transitions pack and every time i try and load it into my project it freezes PPro and makes me close the app

once the 1920×1080 pack is resaved and loaded into the project it works great for me. My problems are after it is saved and then reopened. Once reopened, an error message comes up with stating, “a low level exception occured. ImporterMPEG (Importer 8)”. The project never loads, or if it does it is extremely slow and does not play back properly / work properly.

The transitions aren’t working properly with the new 2020 update, when I use the auto reframe feature the transitions don’t react.

Wait, Im really new to premiere, I just do youtube and have always used vegas. Did I just really pay $43 to use this preset once? I dont get the whole license concept, does that only apply to people editing for others or making commercials, trailers, ads, etc for companies?
